Study shows that the 62% of major Ecuadorian companies have a responsibility strategy

62% of the most important companies in Ecuador have a strategy for corporate responsibility and sustainability, according to a study conducted by Deloitte.
According to the study, 20% of companies surveyed do not have a defined strategy, and the remaining 18% is in the process of implementing it.
As for interest groups to which companies direct their corporate responsibility actions, the most goes to workers (21%), followed by the community (18%) and shareholders (14%).
The research highlights that senior management of the company is the most involved group in the management of corporate responsibility.
Furthermore, according to Deloitte, 92% of companies do not perform any measurement of the environmental impact generated.
