Summary of the First Stage of the Euro 2012

The first stage of EURO 2012 concluded yesterday with the following outcome.
Group A is lead by Russia after beating Czech Republic and then tie between Greece and Poland.
In Group B, Germany won by the slightest difference to Portugal, while Denmark did the same against the Netherlands was the first surprise of the Euro.
Croatia is the leader of Group C after beating Ireland. Spain and Italy are second after tie in direct confrontation.
Finally, Ukraine leads Group D after defeating Sweden with a great performance by veteran Andriy Shevchenko, while France and England are placed behind a point after drawing one.
