Several neighbourhoods in Homs are filled with people that fled the district of Bab Amr, the neighbourhood that the Syrian forces took from the rebels last month. Meanwhile opposition fighters escaped to the eastern Syrian city of Deir al-Zor as security forces were closing in on them.
