TAM flight had an emergency landing in Brazil

The 8065 flight of the airline TAM, flying from the city of Madrid, made an emergency landing in the city of Fortaleza after strong turbulence, which caused severe injuries to fifteen passengers.
The company reported today that the plane, which had left the Spanish capital and bound for Sao Paulo, crossing the Equatorr on Sunday night, suffered a strong turbulence, forcing the crew to decide to land in Fortaleza.
About fifteen passengers suffered heavy blows, resulting in some fractures. The injured were admitted to the hospital Jose Frota, in Fortaleza city. Among those hospitalized are Brazilian, Spanish, Colombian and Polish, but none of them is in danger. Three people are part of the airline crew.
