Teach for America commemorates two decades of service on the Spanish community of the United States. This organization is based on professionals or college graduates that are willing to teach for two years in schools of limited resources. By doing this they help to diminish the lack of education and preparation that many academics entities suffer.
Afterwards those that receive the education by the volunteers must remain in their community to help others the same way they were helped. This would allow that many people have enough preparation to go to college. With this program the volunteers hope to assist Hispanic children to learn the language and become more productive on USA.
The Organization is in 32 states of the United States; the volunteers also help in school, and high schools. So far they have helped over half a million of children in America. The group can be reached through their Web site: www.teachforamerica.org
