Telecomunications companies would pay to the State for exceeding the 30% of participation

According to the report for the second debate of the draft of the Telecommunications Law, companies of this sector will start paying a trimester amount to the State, in case that they reach or exceed 30% of market participation.
Private providers that concentrate market according to the number of subscribers or customers would pay to the State, quarterly, a percentage of its total revenues.
This article would affect to Claro, it has the 68.07% of participation and DirecTV.
According to data from Superintendency of Telecommunications (Supertel) in September of this year, DirecTV has 34% market share subscription television in the country. That is, should pay 0.5% of their income every three months.
