The 25th edition of Ecuador Fashion Week starts today

At 19:00 on Thursday, Guayaquil will become a showcase for national and international fashion, with the twenty-fifth edition of the Ecuador Fashion Week.
July Asang, Aura Barzola, Maria del Mar Proaño, Nino Touma, Edinson Zamora, the Dybrain Institute of Designs, Isaga By Isa Guzman, Trend By Karol and Veronica Noboa, and Secretos de Luna are the Ecuadorians exponents that will present their latest collections until Saturday 10 .
The international guests of the event this year are Linda Padiustinni, Ernesto Barahona and Roxana Sitic (Bolivia), Danny De la Venta (Canada), Pavlova Aguiar and Ale Ferré (Colombia), Federico Visuetti (Panama), Sixto Nolasco (Dominican Republic ), Borris Powell, David Cordero (Venezuela) and the Ecuadorian model Clio Olaya, from the United States.
Besides the catwalks, the discussion table ‘The development of the fashion industry and modeling in Latin America,’ in charge of Cecilia Niemes, president of the Ecuador Fashion Week, and Rocio Serrano, director of the RS Model School, will be held.
Panamanian designer Federico Visuetti, Bolivian TV presenter Sandra Coscio, Miss World Venezuela 2016 Gessica Fiume and Miguel Angel Cavallero, an Argentine stylist, will also take part in these conferences.
The catwalks will be broadcast live via the web channel Vito Tvo.com.
This year, social assistance is also part of the event, for that reason, Poly Ugarte, head of a foundation focued on prevention and early detection of breast cancer, was appointed godmother of the catwalk.
