The Alleged murderer of Japanese tourist had been captured

Minister Jose Serrano reported that after the operation called “Sunrise” were arrested early this morning, five suspected gang leaders of express kidnapping in Guayaquil.

Serrano declared via Twitter, “according to information of the rewards plan, we would have captured the murderers of a Japanese citizen of last December.”

Additional to this, Serrano posted a dithered image of the alleged leader of a gang dedicated to express kidnapping that murdered a Japanese tourist, who he identified identified him by a nickname.

He also confirmed than among the evidence were found there are vehicles, motorcycles, ammunition and a 38 caliber gun of foreign origin.
