National and local authorities inaugurated this Thursday, July 23, the first virtual edition of the Biess Guayaquil 2020 Housing Fair, within the framework of the Julian festivals.

The fair will be active until August 2 with real estate proposals from Guayaquil, Durán, Samborondón and via la Costa, affiliates and retirees will be able to prequalify their mortgage loans online through an application.

This fair, within the framework of the festivities for the 485 years of foundation of the city of Guayaquil , brings together on a single platform more than 50 real estate projects, so that visitors get to know them within a virtual experience in an environment that reproduces the center exposure through an avatar, in 360 tours, with appointment scheduling, advice and all available information.

The Virtual Fair is part of a comprehensive innovative proposal with which the Biess supports the construction sector for its reactivation and access to its own housing for affiliates and which offers a permanent business platform, social networks and a weekly television program in open sign called “Project Yourself”.

The event was attended by the President of the Biess Board of Directors, Jorge Wated; the General Manager of the institution, Diego Burneo; of the President of the Chamber of Construction of Guayaquil, Carlos Repetto, and of the Minister of Housing, Julio Recalde.
