The Chocolate Hall will be at the Roots Fair 2017

This year, the Chocolate Hall will be present at the fourth edition of the International Gastronomic Fair Roots 2017. This was announced by the director of Tourism of the Municipality of Guayaquil Gloria Gallardo at a press conference.
The contest, in which 51 dishes will compete, will be held at the Convention Center of Guayaquil from July 21 to 25. The Chocolate Hall will occupy the space of the Presidents Hall Clemente Yerovi. 25 chefs of the French Academy of Chocolate and Yves Thuries, known as the ‘sugar lord,’ will be in charge.
