The first trial repetition seeks to recover $ 570,000 for the State

The first resource recovery could be given today. The state could recover $ 570,000 as a result of a trial repetition.
The ruling will be announced at 15:00, in the Administrative Court. That money is the payment made to Army Colonel Jose Mejia, who in 2000 was declared qualified for promotion to general, but was decommissioned.
The Constitutional Court ordered his reinstatement in late 2002. Since then, successive military commanders would have breached the provision.
