This Tuesday, January 2, the State Attorney General’s Office has summoned for the second time four organized crime suspects who appear in the chats of the deceased drug trafficker Leandro Norero, who managed to escape the raids in the early hours of December 13, according to Prosecutor Diana Salazar, after former president Rafael Correa warned in X about the operation.

El Universo reports that those called are Daniel Salcedo Bonilla, who has already been sentenced for embezzlement in the sale of medicines during the health emergency due to the covid pandemic, who must appear at 10:00 a.m.; Norero’s lawyer, Christian RM, for 09:00; Xavier Jordan, who managed Norero’s assets, who lives in Miami, United States, and would maintain the aliases of Dady Yanky, Ravioli, Marido and Po, for 11h00; and Fabián CB, Norero’s supposed trusted man.
Leandro Norero, alias El Patrón, was allegedly murdered in October 2022 at the Latacunga Social Rehabilitation Center (Cotopaxi), in the middle of a riot.
