The purchase of resignations in the IESS is surprising

A group of doctors from the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security was notified last week of the buying process of resignations the institute has started, and which directly affects them.
The letters, signed by the Directorate of Human Talent surprised the medical staff, that convened at 08:00 yesterday at the Association venue of the Teodoro Maldonado Carbo Hospital to discuss the situation and take a stand.
The meeting did not take place, but a group of them managed to enter a meeting that took place in the regional IESS office of Guayaquil.
At least 60 people attended the meeting, among other authorities, the representative of the employers before the Directing Council, Felipe del Peso, and the director general Geovanna Leon Hinojosa.
