The reinvestment of profits, without incentives; the ISD becomes flexible

The Economic Reactivation bill is broader in the tax segment. The reforms that have been announced these days, are joined by others that eliminate certain benefits, such as the possibility that companies had to reduce by 10% the rate of their Income Tax in case of reinvesting their profits.

Nonetheless, the bill exempts people with catastrophic illnesses, the importation of medical inputs and payments made by receptive tourism from the Foreign Currency Exit Tax (ISD for its Spanish acronym). (I)
