The sectors with more dismissals

The sectors with more impact of layoffs and labor turnover in companies, are the construction (27.6%), oil (26.9%), automotive (21.2%), insurance (13.8% ) and pharmaceuticals (11.9%), according to a study by consultancy Deloitte, which used data of November 2015 to 128 national and multinational companies.

According to the analysis, the main reasons for the dismissals of workers are restructuring, budget and performance.
