The Walking Dead returns for its 4th season as the prelude to Halloween
On the eve of the popular celebration of Halloween, the U.S. television series, The Walking Dead, released yesterday its fourth season, which promises to be more bloody, with the help of Scott Gimple, the new creative head.
The AMC drama tells the story of a group of survivors, led by police officer Rick Grimes, in a world infected by a virus that turns all humans, once dead, into zombies.
The Walking Dead returns to screens with 16 episodes that will air in two parts. This series will replace Breaking Bad, which ended after five year, with a chapter that reached a total of 10.3 million viewers. However, it did not exceed the best record achieved by The Walking Dead in its final episode of the third season, which had 12.4 million viewers, still the most-watched series in the history of cable television in the U.S. .
At the Comic-Con in San Diego, it was anticipated that what is coming will be more terrifying and will have more action sequences, a perfect prelude to Halloween.
