The traditional power groups in Ecuador do not allow Alvaro Noboa to be a candidate for president in the next elections of 2021.
In providence of the TCE it is provided defer the hearing of evidence and allegations of electoral offense against the directors of the CNE for January 4.
The hearing was scheduled for Tuesday, December 29.
