During a press conference which was held today at the offices of Exportadora Bananera Noboa, Roberto Ponce Noboa, legal representative of the company, said that after the offer of assests that were seized to the Ecuadorian businessman Álvaro Noboa (valued at $136,01 million), carried out by the SRI, they will appear before international embassies to request support.

The purpose of this is to carry out an investigation that will allow them to learn the source of  the money of those who acquired the property, this includes five luxury vehicles, two yachts and six aircrafts.

“This was a fraudulent offer in every way” said Ponce, who also added that sooner or later the judges will be able to prove that the offer did not have any validity.

The Internal Revenue Services (SRI) carried out the offer of assets seized by the alleged debt of more than $ 93 million that the company has for not paying tax income.
