Tremor of 6.2 degrees was felt in the wee hours of Wednesday

A tremor of 6.2 degrees on the Richter scale, according to a Geophysics Institute report, occurred in the early hours of Wednesday (3:33) and was felt in several provinces of Ecuador.
The epicenter of the quake was in the province of Esmeraldas, near Muisne and had a depth of 16.11 kilometers, according to the publication of the Geophysics Institute of the National Polytechnic School.
People went to the streets again after the quake, mainly in Muisne and Atacames, frightened by the new movements of the earth.
In fact, in cities across the country, two aftershocks were felt. Through the social network Twitter users reported that so far there is no damage in cities like Quito, Tulcan, Ibarra, and La Concordia.
