Tv program sanctioned by the Supercom organizes a collection to pay the fine
The radio program “El Show de Josema y Paquirri,” broadcast by Deportiva La Luna Radio, held Tuesday a public collection among its listeners and citizens, to pay the fine imposed by the Superintendency of Information and Communication (Supercom) by a content released last September 18.
The body reported in a release that this radio program “did not comply with the provisions of Section 65 (of the Communications Act) by disseminating unsuitable content during a forbidden schedule for children during the broadcast of El Show de Josema y Paquirri, on September 18, 2015, from 16h00 to 18h00.”
The fine imposed on the program was ten basic wages ($ 3,540), “a value that shall be transferred or deposited in the account designated for the effect within 72 hours from the date of notification,” the Supercom indicated.
