Within the list of 25 films featured at cultural, historical or aesthetic significance, there are all kinds of genres, from documentaries and fiction films to dumb or experimental films.
Other recognized films were ‘Roger and me’, ‘Daughter of Dawn’, the first films of the dancer and choreographer Martha Graham, ‘The Quiet Man’, ‘Whos Afraid of Virginia Woolf?’, and ‘Forbidden Planet’.
