U.S. Troops Began to Leave Afghanistan

U.S. plans to withdraw 10,000 troops in Afghanistan this year and expects to withdraw all its troops (100,000 soldiers) in 2014.The first group of 650 soldiers, left the Asian country and will not be replaced, said Maj. Michael Wunn, U.S. military spokesman.
President Barack Obama, announced the withdrawal of one third of the American contingent until summer of 2012, about 33,000 men.
Around 800 U.S. soldiers must leave Afghanistan by the end of the month, and 10.000 by the end of the year, according to U.S. authorities.
