The mobilization will be national; ie in most provinces. This was announced by representatives of several trade unions who are preparing a protest action against the government. Pablo Serrano, president of the FUT explains the reasons.
To this, they add their opposition to the dissolution of the UNE, defined by the Government. In Quito they will meet in the Social Security General Offices, at 16:00, and will march towards downtown; then, they will concentrate outside the Central Bank. They announced other actions during the morning.
But for the United Workers Central (CUT), close to the government, this mobilization has destabilizing purposes and therefore, they organized a concentration at the Plaza Grande.
