Action star Jean Claude Van Damme suffered a minor heart attack while he was on the set of his new movie “Weapon,” which will be released next year.
It happened just a day before his 50th birthday (0ctober 18th), the production of the film—relocated from Romania to New Orleans last week—was suspended until the Belgian actor is fully recovered.
According to TwitchFilm.net, Van Damme was briefly admitted in a hospital before returning to his home in Belgium with his wife.
