Vice President Otto Sonnenholzner ratified yesterday, during the Fruit Logistica 2020 fair in Berlin, which will travel to China in March.

Vice President Sonneholzner admitted that he is campaigning. But he clarifies that it is in the “get ahead of Ecuadorian producers”, so he travels through Europe and next month he goes to China, on an agenda planned months ago and has decided not to suspend despite the health emergency.
He said he decided not to suspend the visit, despite the coronavirus, in support of a country in solidarity with Ecuador, which buys 60% of our shrimp. “My presence in China is an endorsement of a country that has been in solidarity with Ecuador. It is a market that today buys 60% of our shrimp and could easily absorb more than half of our pitahaya, grape and other products. ”
The second president was aware of the risk involved in going to the Asian country. “I am going to China to promote these products and if I return with coronavirus to promote our brand, I return happy the same,” he joked.
