Vice president will coordinate actions in post-consultation

With applause and cheers from supporters, the Vice President of the Republic, María Alejandra Vicuña, was received on the morning of her arrival at the Santiago de Guayaquil Catholic University, which was the first electoral venue for this popular consultation.
After exercising her vote at table 412, the second president stressed that the seven questions of the popular consultation respond to the result of the national dialogue with different sectors.
“We will be absolutely respectful of the outcome at the polls,” she said.
She said that part of the responsibility given by the chief executive, Lenin Moreno, for the coordination and supervision in the process of popular consultation is the post-consultation, this is the implementation and inter-institutional coordination actions with the other functions of the State.
