Vladimir Putin is against Americans adopting Russian children
So it was announced by the Russian president, Vladimir Putin, in emotional response to a new U.S. law that imposes sanctions on Russian officials suspected of human rights violations.
The outraged president during a lengthy press conference held in Moscow, defended a bill that would prohibit Americans from adopting Russian children.
