Vote was Held Today in Prisons

Today at 8:00 am, the Ecuadorian plebiscite voting period for the inmates of the women’s prison in the Costal Prison began.

A day before the national referendum, more than 970 men registered in the voters list of the Coastal Prison and about 60 female prisoners without trial, were those who voted this morning at their respective campuses.
