Wikileaks Delivered 1.335 Cables about Ecuador to “El Comercio”

Wikileaks organization contacted the Ecuadorian daily El Comercio in early April, to see if they were interested in receiving information from them.
After that, a delegate from that media traveled to London for the effective delivery of the cables and signed a confidentiality agreement. The package of cables covers the period of government of Lucio Gutierrez, Alfredo Palacio, and Rafael Correa.
These cables will detail issues such as: the U.S. Embassy followed up the over trough of Lucio Gutierrez, the ups and downs of the oil policy of the government of Alfredo Palacio and the reports of U.S. diplomacy on the attacks Colombian guerrilla camp of Raul Reyes.
