The budget of the 2017 elections is not yet defined, but there is talk of $ 136 million, ie, $ 2 million less than 2014 elections, in which projects such as the vote at home and e-voting were implemented.

The CNE estimates that in 2017 there will be 13 million voters, 46,000 polling stations with 300,000 members.
