93% of the Referendum Ballots Have Been Recorded Already

According to the results released by the National Electoral Council, with 93.13% of the votes counted nationwide, the Yes option continues to gain in the 10 referendum questions.

In questions 4 and 9, related to the formation of a Judicial Council and a Transitional Regulatory Board, the No was wining until last Wednesday, but the Yes option is gradually growing in support.

The deadline for submission of the official results ends tomorrow.

Referendum figures at the moment:

– Question 1: Expiration of the pretrial detention

Yes: 50,227%

No: 39,101%

– Pregunta 2: Alternative measures to detention

Yes: 48,048%

No: 41,045%

– Pregunta 3: Banking and media bans

Yes: 46,983%

No: 42,08%

-Pregunta 4: Transitional Judicial Council

Yes: 45,923%

No: 42,773%

-Question 5: Changing Composition of Judicial Council

Yes: 46,45%

No: 42,162%

– Question 6: Private unjustified enrichment

Yes: 46,395%

No: 40,802%

– Question 7: Ban on casinos and gaming halls

Yes: 45,624%

No: 41,806%

-Question 8: Banning on animal shows with death

The result of this question is not national, because it refers to the cantonal court.

-Question 9: Council Regulation of media content

Yes: 44,748%

No: 42,238%

Question 10: Non IESS membership considered as a criminal offense

Yes: 47,753%

No: 39,492%
