4pelagatos: Correa wants to win by sowing more hatred

Correa labeled the weekly address as historic because he summarized and interpreted the 19F results during its broadcast. In his way of course. He does not compare any percentage against ten years of power. Neither against his figures or the number of assembly members he has and those he claims to have.
