The Ecuadorian Electoral Court (TCE) closed the petition for annulment of the runoff held on April 2nd, filed by Andres Paez, a former candidate for the Vice Presidency of the Creando Oportunidades party (CREO), reported Monday, April 24 the President of the National Electoral Council (CNE) Juan Pablo Pozo.
