The doctors were received at the José Joaquín de Olmedo airport by the Minister of Transport and Public Works, Gabriel Martínez; together with the Secretary of Communication of the Presidency of the Republic, Gabriel Arroba. Health professionals arrived in a flight from Tame from Quito.
