Smells like wine, but tastes like chocolate. It´s the new product a company from Cuenca, La Toscano, released to the international market.
It is a variety of merlot wine mixed with the most fine Ecuadorian cacao.
This mix is made with two high quality products, the merlot, obtained from the best Chilean grapes and with the Ecuadorian national cacao of fine aroma, gives the “KKO chocolate wine”. It has become, says the company, in unique and it will surely delight the most fine and risky tastes.
“Is a tribute to the fine exportation cacao 100% Ecuadorian, part of the cultural identity and gastronomic that is the result of hard work in terms of investigation, that took approximately two years”, explained the enterprise´s manager, Juan Guillermo Talbot.
