A wounded Ecuadorian citizen after attack against the subway in Belgium

“I regret tp announce that the Ecuadorian compatriot Jimmy Ernesto Montenegro Rosero was injured during the attack on the subway in Brussels. I just talked to his relatives in Ecuador to express my solidarity. Our Consulate in Brussels is awaiting his evolution,” Ecuador’s foreign minister Guillaume Long reported through his Twitter account.
The Ecuadorian citizen who also has the Belgian nationality, is hospitalized with a reserved prognosis in the Saint Pierre Hospital in Brussels.
Long also ensures that the Foreign Ministry of Ecuador continues to monitor the situation to assist Ecuadorians who require it.
