Abnormalities in anti-drug campaign in which Raul Di Blasio took part, according to the Comptroller

Alleged irregularities were detected in the audit DR1-DPGY-AE-0219-2015, in management income and expenses related to the acquisition of goods, services, consultancy and wages, between November 2013 and June 2015. The report was approved on December 31.

In November 2014, the Governorate of Guayas hired, under the modality of special regime (without a public tender) the company HDC Productions CA, to conduct the Phase II of the Preventive Revolution campaign to curb drug use in the schools of Guayas. The contract value reached USD 1,792,000.

This included 60 lectures given by Di Blasio, to 1000 youth in each event. In addition, the projection of 10 films for 1000 kids and the coverage of all logistical and technical requirements of the artist, including travel expenses.
