Alias ‘pastor’ Alape Replaces Mono Jojoy

The Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) confirmed the death of  Jorge Briceño alias ‘Mono Jojoy’ his military chief and guerrillas number two  in a statement released by the central control in FARCs  website.
Briceño was replaced by Felix Antonio Munoz, known as ‘Pastor Alape’, he was number 14 on the staff ( 31 rebel leaders) and now he will command the FARC. For this guerrilla commander  justice of the United States offers a reward of $ 2.5 million.
Security Minister of Ecuador, Miguel Carvajal, said the Mono Jojoy´s death ensures territorial control by the Colombian State. And he admitted the possibility to initiate an FARCs offensive against Ecuador.
