Alvin Roth and Lloyd Shapley win the 2012 Nobel Prize in Economics

This morning, the Swedish Academy of Sciences in Stockholm announced the winners of the 2012 Nobel Prize in Economics, americans Alvin E. Roth and Lloyd S. Shapley.
The academy said the two professors were awarded for his studies of the economic markets, their design and possible “redesigns” by mathematical calculations.
