Amy Winehouse’s dress was auctioned

The dress that Amy Winehouse wore on the cover of her album “Back to Black” was auctioned for 43,200 pounds (approximately 50.587 euros), promoted four times its original value.

The garment, designed in 2006 by Disaya and used only for the photo shoot of the album cover was acquired by the Museum of Fashion Foundation of Chile.

Her designer, Disaya donated the dress to Kerry Taylor Auction House this month and the benefits of the sale will go to the Amy Winehouse Foundation , dedicated to helping disadvantaged young people with addiction problems.
