Artisans met Sunday morning with Julio Alvarez, Manager of Fisheries Infrastructures of Ecuador – Public Enterprise (IPE-EP), for details on how to operate and provide services.
The port has the new model of fishing coves that are built in the country. It has a dock of about 500 meters, where the fibers and the boats of the artisans will be cordoned off, even small vessels will be able to accomodate .
This port is located just 200 meters from the first one. An access road was built to reach its facilities. The intent of local authorities is to convert the old space in a small seaside resort.
