Approves ordinance to resolve boundary conflicts in Guayas

The Guayas Provincial Council approved, on September 16, in a first debate the ordinance draft of 33 articles that will regulate the procedures for the resolution of internal boundary conflicts.

The President of the Provincial Commission on the Internal Limits, Xavier Sandoval, explained that the creation of this legal body was requested by the National Commission on the Internal Limits to regulate the friendly and institutional procedures established in the Limits setting law.

Sandoval requested to the Prefect of Guayas, Jimmy Jairala, to convene an extraordinary session for the definitive approval of the articles.
