Argentina prepares actions against vulture funds

Argentina will initiate actions so that “fraudulent insurance against default” be investigated by the National Securities Commission.
This was announced by Cabinet Chief Jorge Capitanich specifying that could have existed “mechanisms inside information” with the objective of generating a “manipulation in the trading of securities,” which is “against transparency to the markets.”
Capitanich considered that left “instances to be analyzed” in terms of legal actions that might be taken against New York Judge Griesa.
According to the official, Griesa commit ‘malpractice’ and noted that “there remain some instances to be analyzed, as the intervention of the International Court of The Hague, and the debate in the Assembly of the UN.”
