Sri Lanka, Rwanda, Iran and Japan are some of the destinations of the trips abroad made by the members of the Assembly, between May 2013 and May 2016. This information is available on the website of the agency, in the Law of Transparency tab. Most trips were made by representatives of the ruling bloc (333). While the other parties in the legislature traveled 43 times. In total, all legislators traveled to 41 destinations.

The most visited country was Panama, with 113 trips. This, because meeting of the Parlatino (International Cooperation Agency of which Ecuador is part) take place there, as reflected in the records of the Assembly. Mexico appears second with 30 and Argentina with 22. Luis Fernando Torres, Assemblyman for the Social Christian Party (PSC), says it is understandable that there are more legislators of the ruling party, because it is the majority group and this is also reflected in the delegations.
