Assemblywoman demands Lourdes Tibán
Assemblywoman Maria Jose Carrion (AP) yesterday presented before the National Court, a criminal complaint for the crime against the right to honor and reputation against Assemblywoman Lourdes Tibán (Pachakutik), based on a complaint she filed against Tiban for physical violence and hatred, at the Attorney General’s Office on July 21, 2011.
Carrión decided to start this criminal action after Tibán -in several public interventions, including the last year- recalled the alleged assault and through a document of July 31 of the last year on the issue of alleged telephone tapping, that was sent to Carrion as president of the Audit Commission, she states: “I asked the Prosecutor to investigate the attempted murder against me and my baby by Assemblywoman Maria Jose Carrión and nothing has happened …”
