Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, suspected of planting bombs at the finish line of the Boston Marathon on last April 15, along with his older brother Tamerlan (killed four days later in a shootout with police), will have a hearing trial on next July 10, according to statements by federal Judge Marianne Bowler.

Earlier this week, Bowler agreed to a joint request from prosecutors and defense lawyers to postpone the hearing originally scheduled for May 30, to next July 2. The lawyers say they need more time to obtain and review the evidence.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is currently recovering from gunshot wounds at a hospital in a federal prison in central Massachusetts, after being hurt in his capture raid.
