This is a daily situation described by Eduardo Raad, of Datil Media, a company specialized in the development of financial applications for smartphones.

The options for applications are vast. Raad says that the business of developing them has increased in Ecuador in the last three years.

“Now there is much more demand and supply of these solutions, those preferred by the companies are the ones that help them have a more direct communication with their customers through a chat,” says the expert, and details that through these apps, even the results of laboratory tests can be sent.

But in this business the client’s taste is also important. What are they looking for?

According to Jorge Galarza, director of Development and CEO of Wembaú, another firm engaged in this activity since 2013, customers are looking for georeferencing applications that facilitate them to obtain services such as taxis, food delivery, and online shopping.
