Colombian Government delegation goes to Norway
This Wednesday, October 17 the negotiating team of the Colombian government reached Oslo, Norway to begin with the peace dialogue with FARC.
According to Radio Caracol (Colombia) it’s scheduled that the Colombian government delegation will meet in a secret location to define the logistic details with the delegates of FARC.
“We don’t confirm when the delegations arrive and leave,” stated Veslem and Lothe Salvesen, Norwegians spokesmen of the Ministry of Foreign Relations. They also announced that the negotiation board will be carried out tomorrow.
Yesterday the chief of the Colombian government team, the former president Humberto de la Calle, expressed feeling “hope and optimism.” AV
