Commission of constitutional amendments prepares date for second debate

Once concluded the first discussion of the amendment request containing 16 changes to the Constitution, members of the Occasional Commission analyzed the schedule of activities before the second debate.

This, according to Section 441 of the Constitution, will be held within 30 days following to the year after the conduction of thefirst one. At that time, AP noted it will deepen the debate and socialization of all proposals with citizens.

Fausto Cayambe (AP), from the Commission, said that one possibility is subdividing into two or three groups to the members of the board to cover the whole territory and all subjects the rest of the year before delivering the report for the second debate.
