CREO will add the Caminosca evidence for the impeachment against Glas

Posted On 12 Jul 2017

Ecuadornews:

The CREO party could add further evidence to the impeachment request against Vice President Jorge Glas, said Legislator Ana Galarza.
“We have talked about adding the Caminosca case as evidence against the vice president. That complaint has finally arrived at the Office of the Prosecutor and it will finally be revealed who Jorge Glas really is,” she said.
The Legislative Council of Administration (CAL) decided to give three days to the proponents of the interpellation to gather enough evidence.
However, members of the CAL CREO Legislator Patricio Donoso of CREO and Social Christian Party Legislator Luis Fernando Torres said that the request for a political trial was fulfilled and did not require additional evidence.
The head of the CREO bloc and trial proponent Roberto Gómez explained to this newspaper that they have met all the requirements. (I)
